Returns Process:

2. Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you choose to use our preferred courier, Akis Express Courier, please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
4. Return Timeframe: Your item must be sent back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.

Refund Process:

1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
2. Refund Issuance: If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time.

Exceptions:
